Email huangquanapp@126.com, or copy the address into your mail app. Include device model, system/app version, steps and error messages. Sending is confirmed by you; the app does not send mail automatically.

Do not send passwords, your entire private library or identity documents. If needed, provide only an entitled minimal example and screenshots with private information hidden. There is no online account or developer-hosted library recovery service.

Import and find books

Choose TXT/EPUB in Import → Import from Files; batches are supported. Results distinguish saved/indexing, ready to read, same-name skips and failures, with names/reasons and retries. View Library finds that batch; books do not open automatically.

Search supports title, author and original filename. Check category, hidden-finished and import-batch filters; search all ordinary books while keeping the keyword. Ordinary search excludes vault/trash. PDF, MOBI, AZW and DRM unlocking are unsupported.

Wi-Fi transfer

Connect the computer and iPhone/iPad to a trusted Wi-Fi network. Enable transfer, open the displayed address in the computer browser and select/drop TXT/EPUB files, up to 512 MB each. No code is required; the address is for the local network only. Done dismisses the panel; Stop Transfer stops it. Transfer pauses in the system background and resumes in the foreground.

Continue reading and back up

On devices signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive enabled, opt in to sync in the app. Leave the reader to save, wait for syncing, then open the same book on the other device. iCloud requires available system services and a network connection, and transfers may be delayed. Locally saved books remain readable offline when the service is unavailable.

Sync merges books and positions; backups are separate snapshots whose restore action adds missing books. Backup creation is not upload confirmation; refresh transmission status. Before migrating, verify actual cloud transfer and restoration; remove vault books and independently back them up first.

Opening and position issues

Confirm supported format, a complete file and no encryption. Readable content without recognizable chapters is retained with a chapter-parse message. If loading persists, tap the center to open controls, go back and retry. Record the error and contact support; do not start by uninstalling the app.

Changing font size, font, orientation or page layout repaginates the book. Resume uses the reading position; page numbers can differ. Exit reading to the shelf to save. Check trash for deleted books and keep independent copies of important originals.
